Our locations consist of compact, consistent, tastefully-designed villages with various co-living AMENITIES catered to remote workers.

Prototype Unit: THE NODE (Permits Pulled)

We Purchased 2 acres in Raleigh to build a single prototype unit designed specifically for remote work. The unit is built within shippable, oversized-load dimensions so that it can be manufactured at scale. The node will be used as a base unit for our village developments and retreat locations.

The VILLAGE: (LAnd ACQUIRED)

We purchased 3708 Rock quarry road for $750,000 in 2022 to build our first co-living Community at scale.

This cottage-court development will come with a co-living building in the center, and could be considered raleigh’s first tiny house community.

Zoned for 64 units, we will attempt to build 40 dwellings for flexible-term leasing.
